Our staff levels exceed the Ofsted minimum levels by at least one extra staff member in each room. We have a Manager, Billie, and two Deputy managers, Catherine and Selina and our pre-school room is led by Katie, an Early Years Professional (EYP). All staff receive continuous professional development (CPD) training throughout their time at Minihome.
We value our staff and pay all our staff a minimum of the London Living Wage as defined by the Living Wage Foundation livingwage.org.uk, This is in keeping with our ethos as higher wages across the board supports staff well-being and aids staff retention.
