staff
Our staff levels exceed the Ofsted minimum levels by at least one extra staff member in each room. We have a Manager, Billie, and two Deputy managers, Catherine and Selina. All staff receive continuous professional development (CPD) training throughout their time at Minihome.
We value our staff and pay all our staff a minimum of the London Living Wage as defined by the Living Wage Foundation livingwage.org.uk, This is in keeping with our ethos as higher wages across the board supports staff well-being and aids staff retention.
We have a dedicated team of staff who cover in all of the rooms during staff breaks and for key workers and leaders to carry out paperwork and team meetings. Our staff levels exceed the Ofsted minimum levels by at least one extra staff member in each room. This level of staffing means that any cover staff in the room is a familiar face for the children and that we don’t use agency staff.
